Samples
See something you like? Request a sample by filling out the form below. Available swatches will be processed within 2-3 business days.
• Samples are available for wood finish and/or fabric and leather cuttings, however specialty materials such as metal, marble, or glass are typically not available as samples.
• Availability is restricted to select brands / vendors listed in the dropdown options below.
• Samples (up to 3) are free of charge except for wood finish samples from Bernhardt. These are $5 per sample, to be collected after your request has been processed. A representative from our customer service team will reach out to complete the payment.
Important Details: Samples ship directly from the vendor's warehouse and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. Although sample requests are processed in a timely manner, shipping and delivery times may vary from brand to brand.
Product Availability: Our partnership product inventory is subject to change at any time. They reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but in case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders made at the incorrect price.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards and payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Taxable Sales: To ensure compliance with the sales and use tax requirements of each state, all sales are subject to applicable sales tax rates as defined by the state to which the product is shipped to.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of time of placement. Orders which are canceled 24 hours past the time of placement are subject to our return policy.
Cancellation requests and changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes after the grace period are subject to our standard return policy. If you change your mind about an item, please note that eligible returns are subject to a non-negotiable up to 35% restocking fee, in addition to outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.
Delivery: In some cases, we offer delivery services through our trusted receiver partners for an additional charge. Delivery dates and times are subject to availability, and we will make every effort to deliver your products on the agreed-upon date. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during delivery.
The shipping estimates listed on our website are approximated by each vendor. Most items ship directly from the vendor’s warehouse, and we recommend checking with one of our sales associates to verify the current availability of an item.

Returns: The Home Collective at Bassman Blaine does not accept returns.
Warranty: Our vendors carry different limited warranties on furniture products against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and coverage vary depending on the product.
Product Issues
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All orders are inspected prior to shipping; however, damages and defects happen occasionally.
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If damage is noted, you must sign off with the delivery agent “Damaged Upon Arrival”.
For orders dropped off with our standard delivery service, please inspect all packaging for any defects such as tears or crush marks. It is important to note these issues on the delivery paperwork prior to signing the proof of delivery.
If an item is structurally intact and usable, accept the item. If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse the item.
If you refuse the whole shipment, including undamaged items, you are responsible for accepting the re-delivery of the undamaged items within 7 days, in addition to all costs associated with the re-delivery including but not limited to storage fees.
Damages and other product claims must be reported via our online claim form within 24 hours of delivery. Once your claim form is received, an email confirmation with your ticket request number will be sent.
For orders with standard delivery, the customer is responsible for keeping the item's original packaging for the duration of the claim. Approved replacements require the damaged item to be returned in its original packaging. To better assist you, claims are responded to via email only. Once all required documentation is received, please allow 5-7 business days for intake, processing, and resolution.
Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any damage or injuries caused by using our products.
Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Bassman Blaine and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use or reproduce any of our content without our express written permission.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of California.
